I cannot believe that it has been so long since I've posted. Time has certainly flown by! Do you ever feel like your life is going so fast that you can't see the trees passing you by? Lately, it has sure seemed that way for me! But you know, as I stepped back and examined the things that have happened in my life, the sometimes dizzying speed at which my life is spinning, is simply the whirlwind of blessings that have merely sprinkled my way as God does His works through my life. What a joy to know!! Some of the things that have transpired since my last blog are blessings, some are unique ways that God touches our lives through others. I've graduated ABAC and passed my NCLEX exam to become an RN, I've said goodbye to a good friend and mentor that passed away unexpectedly in February and realized what a true blessing he was on my life. This month has already been a blurr. Traveling constantly, spending a week in Washington, DC for the Georgia Society for Respiratory Care lobbying our Congressmen and Senators. Washington is magnificent! The feeling of awe from all of the history that has been made and is still being made! The week ended with a very busy Governing Board meeting in Atlanta. We accomplished a great deal including proposed changes to the ICCC Articles of Covenant and plans for the November ICCC Convocation. I'm very excited about Convocation this year! As planned last year the various areas handled different days of the services. This year, the Georgia churches will handle the Sunday morning service! As part of this, I will be delivering the message that morning. The Convocation theme this year is United in Love: One Mind, One Love, One Purpose with the primary scripture being Phillipians 2:1-5! Go ahead and start planning to attend! You'll definitely enjoy the time of fellowship and Spiritual renewal! I hope to see you all soon!

Love in Christ,

Rev. Jerry Ethridge
